We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information. This does not include trusted third parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. We may also release your information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect ours or others’ rights, property, or safety.
Order Policy/Out of Stock Items
Substitutions of flavors may be necessary due to stock. Orders that end up with a negative balance may be refunded with store credit, or substitutions based on availability. Any orders placed incorrectly or by mistake on this website will not be refunded by reapplying the funds to your card due to card processing fees. We will provide store credit in the total amount to be refunded. All orders placed are final.
Orders usually ship within 48 hours of receipt but may be delayed due to incoming orders that contain products that are required to process your order. Please check our processing time on the homepage of the website before placing an order. Products that are out of stock may delay your order, and we may fill orders with substitutions as needed. We will keep you informed of any items that you have ordered that are out of stock.
Accepted Forms of Payment
Our preferred method of payment is Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. Paypal is also available, please email for instructions. We do not accept money orders, cashier’s checks, or personal checks. Your credit card will be billed upon submission of your order.
All Transactions are in US Dollars.
Purchase Policy (Updated 2.20.13)
By purchasing items from us you agree that you are above 18 years of age, or the legal smoking age of your locality. You also agree that you are fully aware of our policies, and that you are using the products on this site AT YOUR OWN RISK. We reserve the right to refuse or refund any order.
All orders placed are final, and cannot be canceled! Any orders placed incorrectly, or by mistake will not be refunded by reapplying the funds to your card due to card processing fees. Unless the customer is willing to pay a fee of 6% our credit processor charges to refund/cancel orders. This includes orders charged twice by pressing the submit order button twice at checkout. We will provide store credit in the total amount to be refunded good for 6 months. All orders placed are final.
All sales are final. Returns & Exchanges are not accepted due to the nature of the products we sell. Warranties are posted in each item description. All postage costs for returning items are the responsibility of the customer.
Large orders may require special shipping options we do not offer on this website. If an order is made that cannot be shipped via the shipping method paid for at checkout, you will be contacted to make arrangements for shipping. If your order showed the shipping option (LARGE ORDER, PLEASE EMAIL FOR QUOTE), please email us for a quote before completing the checkout.
We do not ship retail orders over $250.00. If an order is made over $250, you will be contacted, and eventually refunded. If you're interested in making an order over this amount, please be kind, and contact us first.
Wholesale or Retail, We will not sell to Vendors
We will not wholesale, or sell products in large amounts at retail prices. We're not interested in huge orders, because we're not willing to take the risk involved with orders of that size. We don't want to supply other vendors, that's not what we opened our business for, we do what we do for the end consumer. If an order is made for too large an amount, or appears to be purchased for resale, you will be contacted and eventually refunded. Please do not make an order if that is your interest!
By purchasing batteries or electronic cigarettes from Sweet-Vapes, LLC you are accepting full responsibility for its use. Batteries can fail without warning. The user MUST know the risks of lithium batteries, and have enough knowledge of how to care for them, charge them, discharge them, and use them safely before using any device or mod. Always use special caution when working with lithium batteries. They are sensitive to charging, and may explode if mishandled. Always charge in a fire-proof container. Never leave charging batteries unattended. Sweet-Vapes, LLC will not be held liable or responsible for the use and/or misuse or modifications of lithium batteries, e-cigarette devices, or battery chargers. All products sold by Sweet-Vapes, LLC are to be used at your own risk. Mods and e-cigarette devices should only be used with rechargeable IMR lithium manganese batteries, or rechargeable pcb protected lithium ion batteries that the device is specifically made to use. NEVER use non-rechargeable batteries in any device.
We will correct any mistakes made on orders that have resulted in incorrect or missing products, per request, within 10 days of the receipt of your order. Any time after this period we will not replace missing or incorrect products.
If you have an issue with an order please send us an email! We would love to help make it right, but are unable if we don’t hear about it!
Many of our discounts can only be applied while logged in to a registered users account. Certain discounts are single use per customer, and duplicate accounts to abuse these discounts will result in a refund of the order, and ban from using this website in the future.
We offer varying lengths of warranties on products, and each product page will clearly mark the length of warranty for that item. All postage costs for returning items to us are the responsibility of the customer. Items found to be faulty within the declared warranty period will be replaced once we have been notified of the problem via email. Items sent back to us without prior notification will result in a delay of processing or no processing.
All parts covered under a warranty period may be repaired/replaced once they have been shipped back to us at the purchasers expense. This warranty starts at the time the order is placed, and is to cover items from early failure. All items found to be damaged from misuse will not be covered under the warranty, and may be returned to the customer at their own expense. All DOA items found to be in working condition may be returned to the customer at their own expense. Warranty is from the time of original purchase, and does not extend due to replacement products.
We will automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for all orders shipped within the state of Wisconsin. For all other states, you are solely responsible for sales tax or other taxes due.
Orders placed Monday-Friday will usually ship within 24-48 hours as long as the item ordered is in stock, and services for shipping are available. Due to the nature of our products, and the time it takes to process orders, please allow a reasonable amount of time for your order to be created and shipped. We do not process orders on Saturdays, Sundays, or any major/postal holidays.
We ship worldwide via USPS priority mail, first class mail, international mail, or express mail. All first class and priority packages inside the US ship with delivery confirmation. This is not a tracking number. USPS may update the location at times, but is not required to do so. Express Mail is the only shipping option that carries a real tracking number, and is available upon request for certain countries. First class and priority international are not trackable and do not have delivery confirmation. Express mail international is the only trackable shipping method for outside the US. (Please allow enough time for the items to get to your country, and clear customs before contacting us about a missing package.) International first class shipping can take longer than a month, and International priority mail may take 2-3 weeks.
Ownership of packages once turned over to USPS transfers to the buyer. We are not responsible for lost, held, or damaged packages. We can not guaranty delivery on any package, and we are not responsible for mis-delivery errors via carrier, or incorrect shipping info. Shipping is a service you purchase with your order from USPS, so any shipping issues must be handled by USPS. Insurance & Signature Confirmation is available to add to any order, and is recommended for all orders.
Duties, Taxes, Vat, or any other fees for international orders are solely the responsibility of the customer.
Insurance – Insurance claims are typically paid out within 7-10 business days from Stamps.com. If you do not add insurance to your order we cannot help you recover the cost of the package, or reship the order. If you added insurance to your order, a claim will be filed, and if approved will be paid by Stamps.com for the amount of the declared value of the items less postage & insurance fees. Once the refund is received the customer may choose to have the funds returned, or the original order replaced & re-shipped. In any event, Sweet-Vapes is not responsible for losses, or damages during shipment. All claims must be handled by USPS or Stamps.com.
Insurance claims for lost packages may only be submitted 30 days after the shipment date, while claims for damaged packages may be submitted within 180 days of the shipment date.
Warning: Any fraudulent claims will make the package recipient liable for prosecution for mail fraud under the Federal Criminal Code.
