We offer many different shipping options to keep the prices as low as possible. Packaging has size, and weight limits, and once that limit is reached it will auto default to the next shipping method or service. **If we can fit your items into a smaller package, or multiple smaller packages, to give you a better price we will do that and issue you a gift code for the remainder. Weight will include all packing materials (box, bags, paperwork, bubble-wrap, tape, postage, labels, any gift items.)

Currently, all orders are shipped via USPS. Delivery confirmation numbers will be provided per order, via email, which can be checked at www.usps.com. This is not a tracking number, and it is only to confirm delivery. USPS may update the location at times, but is not required to do so. First Class Mail & Priority Mail International are not trackable and do not have delivery confirmation. Express mail international is the only trackable shipping method outside the US.

Estimated Shipping Times: Domestic First Class Mail is 2-7 mail business days. Domestic Priority Mail is 2-4 mail business days. International Priority Mail is 6-10 days. International First Class is 2-4 weeks. Express Mail is 24-48 hours, carries $100.00 insurance, and is the only service guaranteed by a certain time. *All shipping times, other than express, is not guaranteed by a certain date. 

Once a package has shipped it is in the hands of USPS, and any shipping modifications must be handled by USPS. We have no control over packages once they leave us, and we are not responsible for lost, held, or damaged packages. To ensure your items do not get lost/damaged insurance & signature confirmation is available to add to your order. Sweet-Vapes cannot be responsible for mis-delivered mail due to incorrect addresses, or carrier mistake. You may have to consult the Post Office regarding these issues.
